Our baby pink kraut is our more traditional kraut, great as an intro ferment as it’s easy to incorporate into any meal.
Its feels are a perfectly balanced kraut – carrots brings sweetness and earthy and rounded from the caraway seeds. We love baby pink with fried eggs on toast and dukkah, on avocado toast with fetta and it’s just perfect in a traditional salad sandwich.
Made in house, with love from organic locally sourced seasonal ingredients: green cabbage, carrot, purple cabbage, pink salt & caraway seed.
Made in a fermentary which also processes tree nuts.
